Here is how we do this...... Our telemarketers will contact local business in the Houston area. We are professional in our presentations and closes. We will qualify the customer based on a check list that you provide for us. One method that seems to work well for our company and the CPA Company, is we will collect one months fee up front when the new client sends in the Letter of engagement. This fee is applied to services.
For our services we bill 3 times the monthly fee. We require 2 months as soon as the new client comes on line. Then on the third month of work with your client you then pay the final third month. Since we collect the first month fee and then willing to wait until you bill for the third month, then you are only out of pocket one month.
As you can see this should relieve your firm of cash flow issues when attempting to build your business. As to the first month fee that is collected, this fee is sent to you at your business address so as to maintain a professional image.
